Neues Museum Berlin - Small excerpt from the film “Dialoge 09” by Sasha Waltz
March 2009, in company of seventy dancers, musicians and singers, Sasha Waltz explored the empty rooms of the Neues Museum, Berlin. Following almost ten years of reconstruction under the supervision of David Chipperfield Architects the location became the site for an unusual temporary exhibition which electrified more than ten thousand visitors. “The way Sasha Waltz conducts the spectators through the labyrinth of history, how she incorporates the evanescence of myths into her nomadic choreography, and the manner in which she playfully alternates between the profane and holy, that is the taking occupancy of an inheritance as high art”… Evelyn Finger

Adultitis is a silent epidemic that has been ignored for far too long. It’s a disease that slowly erodes your inborn childlike spirit, wreaking havoc on your world, your health, and your relationships. It kills laughter, dreams, curiosity, faith, happiness, and hope. It stresses you out. It causes you to take yourself too seriously. And in some extreme cases, it can cause smile amnesia. (Pretty serious stuff.)
